Shipping and Exchange Policy

How our services are delivered. We provide digital services only — no physical goods are shipped.

Last updated: 1 September 2026

No physical shipment

Plinium provides digital services: websites, CRM systems, business automation, AI solutions, marketing systems, hosting and maintenance, and social media management.

We do not sell, stock, ship or dispatch any physical product. As a result there is no shipping charge, no courier, no tracking number and no physical delivery address involved in any order.

This page exists to make our delivery and exchange terms explicit, as required for digital service businesses.

How delivery works

Delivery means making the agreed digital deliverable available to you. Depending on the engagement, that takes one or more of the following forms:

  • Deployment of a website or system to a live environment
  • Transfer of source code, files and assets to a repository or account you control
  • Handover of credentials and administrative access
  • Delivery of documentation, reports or creative assets by email or shared drive
  • Configuration completed inside a platform account belonging to you

Delivery timelines

Timelines are agreed in writing in the proposal for each engagement and vary by scope. As a general guide: discovery typically completes within 1 to 2 weeks, and build engagements typically run from 4 to 12 weeks.

Recurring services such as hosting, maintenance and social media management begin on the start date confirmed in your proposal and continue for as long as the subscription is active.

Timelines depend on receiving content, approvals and access from you when requested. Delays in those shift delivery dates accordingly.

Confirmation of delivery

We confirm each delivery in writing by email, listing what has been handed over and how to access it. Please check the deliverable promptly and tell us within 7 days if anything is missing or does not match the agreed scope.

Exchanges

Because every deliverable is built specifically for one client, digital services cannot be exchanged for a different service after delivery in the way a physical product could be.

If a delivered item does not match the agreed written scope, we will correct it at no charge — that is a defect, not an exchange, and there is no time limit on us honouring the agreed scope.

If you would like to move remaining budget from one service to another before that work is delivered, contact us and we will confirm in writing whether it can be reallocated.

Faults after delivery

If something we built stops working as specified, report it to us and we will investigate. Defects in our work are fixed at no charge.

Issues caused by third-party platform changes, by modifications made by others after handover, or by expired third-party licences fall outside that and are quoted separately.
