What personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Plinium is the data controller for the information described in this policy. Our contact details are at the end of this page and on our Contact Us page.
We collect only what we need to respond to you and to deliver our services:
To respond to enquiries and arrange consultations; to deliver, support and invoice for services you have engaged us for; to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations; and to keep our systems secure.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the basis of a contact form submission alone.
This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party advertising scripts. Any cookies used are strictly necessary for the site to function.
We share personal information only where necessary, and only with parties who are bound to protect it:
Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Client and billing records are retained for as long as required by applicable tax and company law, and then deleted.
Access to personal information is restricted to people who need it to do their job. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and our systems are patched and monitored. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these obligations seriously.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. You can also ask for a copy in a portable format.
To exercise any of these, email info@plinium.in. We respond within 30 days.
If we change this policy we will update the date shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
